Credit card details

New Tech Heroes will never ask for credit card details on any page of this site, and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on New Tech Heroes. All credit card payments to New Tech Heroes or Kephart & Associates are processed through PayPal or Google Checkout. You should read the privacy policies on those sites when completing any purchases made on New Tech Heroes.

External sites

New Tech Heroes is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You should read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

2. Anonymous comments are not allowed.
3. Off-topic and off-color comments are not welcome, and will be removed. Be constructive and add to the conversation instead.
4. I'm the sole judge of what is off-topic or off-color. This may include anything written or linked to that:
   - is being used to abuse, harass, stalk, or threaten others
   - is libelous, knowingly false, ad-hominem, or misrepresents another person,
   - infringes upon a copyright or trademark
   - violates an obligation of confidentiality
   - violates the privacy of others
